These feet are of a bronzed statue at Hoover Dam. There are two statues side by side. Hoover Dam, said to be one of the seven wonders of modern engineering is built on Colorado River on the border of Arizona and Nevada. It is said that if you rub these feet you get lucky in Las Vegas.
